Hotel Inn Design & Restaurant Poitiers

The beds were comfortable, and the room had central heating. the room was equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a work desk. the street view from the hotel was enjoyable. the hotel's central location was convenient, being near a shopping center, restaurants, a shopping mall, Poitiers airport, and the Industrial Area.

Easy to find. Comfortable and clean. Slightly more expensive than the basic competition but worth the extra. Closed restuarant no problem as there is an excellent Pizzaria opposite with a variety of menu at a reasonable cost. Very convenient for an overnight stay..very close to A10 and N10. Courtesy tray a bonus .

Rooms were very clean and well decorated, good location for airport

Arrived at 8.45pm and was told the restaurant was closed.

The location of this place is fantastic, easy to find and surrounded by many restaurants.

The hotel has recently been upgraded to a very high standard. furniture and fittings very good quality. bed as very comfortable. dinner served in the evening was very tasty and good value for money.

We were travelling through France on our way home to the uk and used this hotel as an overnight stay. Good hotel in a good location for restaurants. Also pet friendly for an extra cost of 5 euros and free parking. Rooms are quite small but very clean and comfortable.

The hotel here is exceptionally comfortable with amicable staff who are friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The fact that it was near the airport.

The fact that when I arrived I could not get in!!!! I had to sleep in my lorry until I could get through to the Booked.net website number to try and allocate me somewhere else to sleep!! Which the did at 4am in the morning and at extra cost, which I had to pay!!! When it was booked we completed a section which stated that should we be arriving after 11.30 at night to let them know in the special requirments section.. which we did, i informed them we would be arriving after midnight.. or later.. We then recieved a confirmation of the booking with this information clearly stated in the form, which we have printed off.. My husband arrived at the hotel around 1.50am and could not get in.. He was very tired asn distressed at this.. We have always used Booked.net for all our busniness trips but in the future we will try and find accommodation else where, especially after my husband was charged the higher rate to stay elsewhere and not even given the hotel room at the cost quoted and confirmed for this hotel.. Close to motorway.

The room that our friends were staying in did not contain any towels. That was our only complaint.

The place was clean and perfect, with friendly and helpful staff.

This was more of a truckers motel. There were hairs on the sheets, and they were not ours. We put towels on the sheets to cover the hairs.

Appreciated this comfortable hotel, easy to find, with amazingly nice staff with a friendly and helpful manner. The location was easy and cool, so close to restaurant and shopping mall, the post office and the So-called ' restaurant '.

This place is quite clean with very friendly and helpful staff, plus they serve delightful and amazing meals.

The room was comfortable enough though small; the bathroom was good with efficient shower and generous towels.

The supply of hot drinks could have been more generous; there was only one teabag and one milk carton for 2 guests.

Good location next to Autoroute.

Check in staff. Being put in a smoking room, having specifically booked non-smoking rooms.
